[GIST] Peace institute condemns killing of Army personnel in Delta community
Director General, the Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, (IPCR), Dr. Joseph Ochogwu, has condemned recent killing of 16 army personnel including a commanding officer and two majors, describing the act as one perpetuating violence instead of peace.
