The oldest Catholic priest in Nigeria, Thomas Oleghe, has died at the age of 104. According to a statement by Gabriel Dunia, the Bishop of Auchi, Oleghe passed away at around 2:30a.m. on Sunday and will be buried on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

[GIST] Supreme Court rejects suit seeking to compel FG to account for gas earnings

The Supreme Court on Friday struck out a suit by the governments of the 36 states of the federation, seeking to among others, compel the Federal Government to account for its earnings from the sale of liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquids and related products since 1999.
