Davido Headlines ‘A.W.A.Y Festival’ In America



Nigerian iconic singer, performing and entertainment artiste, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido is set to headline an indoor festival tagged; ‘A.W.A.Y’.


‘A.W.A.Y’, which happens to be an acronym for ‘Are We African Yet?’ is set to be held at the largest indoor arena in Atlanta. The ‘Stand Strong’ crooner on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 disclosed that, he had a big announcement for his fans.



As a follow-up, the multiple award winning artist on Thursday, 15th September, 2022 announced his headlining festival, which will be held at the 21,000-capacity State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Friday, 18th, November 2022


Other acts announced to perform at the festival include Kizz Daniel, Wande Coal, Lojay, Pheelz, Oxlade, BNXN (Buju), Focalistic, Victony and DJ E Cool. Sharing the news via his twitter page today, 


He wrote:

“Taking you A.W.A.Y with a one-day music festival and cultural experience . I can’t wait to have some of my friends from back home share the stage with my friends Stateside as we promote the culture! Tickets go on sale on 23rd of September.”
